SUMMARY
The ThinkTank Learning website is built on the WordPress platform, and was in need of an update with regards to back-end security and front-end usability. The project was split into two stages: 1) audit and fortify the back-end, visual updates, and optimization of traffic, and 2) making the website mobile friendly (responsive), re-vamp the blog, improve webserver performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
These infographics were commissioned for two separate campaigns: The Strong Inventory Test, aka Career Interest Test, and 2) Bone Marrow & Stem Cell Donation Awareness and Local Registration Drive. The approach for the Career Test infographic was to visualize the impact of how misinformation and delays can affect a student’s academic goals. By using the dataset provided, I was able to translate the statistics into a monetary value. The efforts made on the Bone Marrow campaign were similar: to highlight the severity of blood cancers, and the importance to register as a donor.
