SUMMARY
The original website of the Interior Architecture & Design Department had been created completely in Flash and posed a problem in being able to update and edit content in a timely manner. In addition to designing graphics and the user interface, they also required that updates be easily adminstered with little to no HTML/FLASH (advanced scripting) skills.
I had developed a templated platform which utilized PHP ‘includes’ from a text file. Each text file contained all the content to each respective html page. Not only does this eliminate the need to manipulate HTML files, but the only required file to update was a true text file – which can be edited with any text editor, such as Notepad, Word, etc.
